Customer Cancellation
If the trip will be cancelled by the customer the prepayment will not be refunded.
Skipper Cancellation
If the trip is cancelled by the skipper the prepayment will be refunded.
Cancellation due to boat problems
If for any reason the trip is cancelled due to problems with the boat the prepayment will be refunded.
Cancellation due to weather conditions
If the weather is not good the reserved date another convenient day for the customer and the skipper will be chosen.
Critical Weather Conditions
Skipper decides if the weather is good for the trip. Trips are cancelled from 6 and more wind force in Beaufort scale.
